- Weather Stay updated about the weather to plan activities
- Compendium Access handy information, such as amenities and local services
- Property Map View the Village Map and the range of amenities and facilities on offer during your stay (Coming Soon) Get directions to and around the Village
- Live Chat Our Reception team are here to answer all your questions! Live Chat is available during office opening hours (7.30 am – 8.30 pm daily)
- Memberships Add and store your membership details to all your Rewards Programs including G’DAY Rewards
Downloading the App
You can access the GuestAssist App by following these easy steps!- Download the Guest Assist from your App Store or Google Play
- Log in with your mobile number and follow the prompts
- If you have a current booking with Brisbane Holiday Village, scan the QR code in your email (we will send this to you when you make a booking) **
- If you don’t have a booking with Brisbane Holiday Village – it’s time to make one!
