Airstream Glamping Guide

Our Airstream Caravans have been specially designed to provide our guests with a luxury glamping experience!

Each Airstream Caravan offers air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and microwave, an open-air living and dining area with 75 inch LED smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom (there is also a toilet inside the Airstream).

  • At check-in you will be provided with a set of keys to the Airstream, private ensuite and glass gate beside the BBQ area. You will also receive a key to the Village boom gates.
  • Please note that the Airstream key unlocks the main (entry) door which is located in the outdoor living area, not the door near the driveway.
  • The light switches for the outside area are located as you enter from the driveway and at the main door to the caravan.
  • The light switches for the BBQ area are located on the post nearest to the TV and BBQ.
  • The light switches for each Airstream Caravan are located inside the main (entry) door to the right as well as over the kitchen bench, inside the toilet and to your left as you enter the main bedroom.
  • The overhead lights over the main bed have small switches on their bases.
  • The fan switches for the outside area are located on the post at the main door to the caravan.
  • The air conditioner is located on the ceiling in the main body of the caravan. You can use the button on the console to toggle ON/OFF and change the MODE. The console is touch operated. You cannot change the temperature via the console. Please use the remote to change the temperature.
  • The remote for the air conditioner is located on the wall by the main entrance door to the Airstream. You can use the remote to adjust the temperature and settings.
  • BBQ instructions are located on the front panel of the BBQ.
    • Press and hold the start button for the BBQ hotplate until the red light turns on (approx. 6 seconds) before release.
    • The light will turn green when the optimal cooking temperature is reached.

Inside the Airstream

  • There is a small 2 burner stove located in the kitchen area.
  • The plates are located in the cupboard beside the stove.
  • The pots and pans are located under the sink.
  • The glasses and cutlery are located in the draws.
  • There are martini, champagne and wine glasses located in the overhead cupboard.

BBQ area

  • There is a toaster and kettle located on the bench.
  • The cooking utensils and cutlery are located in the draws.
  • There is complementary tea, coffee and sugar located in the draws
  • For your comfort, a more spacious toilet and shower is located in the ensuite building behind the Airstreams.
  • There are 4 body towels, 1 hand towel, 2 face washers and a floor mat located in the ensuite. 2 additional towels can be found in the storage cupboard above the lounge inside the Airstream.
  • There is complementary soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the ensuite.
    • The toilet inside the Airstream flushes by pressing down on the foot pedal to the right of the toilet when facing it.
  • The main bed is freshly made with clean linen.
  • The day bed lounge to the left of the main entry doubles as a king single-width bed. A clean sleeping bag stored amongst the pillows.
  • A second sleeping bag is found at the end of the lounge.
  • Additional linen can be found in the storage cupboard above the lounge.
  • The TV in the lounge area inside the Airstream connects to the DVD player which is located in the storage cupboard above the lounge.
    • The remote is located on the kitchen bench inside the Airstream.
  • There is a TV in the main bedroom inside the Airstream.
    • The remote is located on the bedside table.
  • There is a 75 inch LED TV located in the outside area
    • The remote is located on the kitchen bench inside the Airstream.
  • The Radio controls are located in the cupboard above the lounge.
  • If you can’t choose what to eat and watch, let our Date Night Dice make the tough decisions for you. 

    • The Date Night Dice are located on the kitchen bench inside the Airstream.

  • There is a gas heater in the outside area.
    • Please do not bring the heater inside the Airstream Caravan.

To turn the heater ON:

  • Push the black dial on the heater and turn to the pilot. Push and hold the ignition button.
  • once the pilot light is lit, turn the dial to high and release.

To turn the heater OFF:

  • Push the black dial on the heater, turn to the pilot and release.
  • Turn the black dial to OFF.
  • The fire extinguisher is located inside the main (entry) door of the Airstream and to the left.
  • There is storage in the main cupboard on the left hand side of the aisle, as well as storage under the lounge and each side above the main bed.
  • There is an iron and a small ironing board in the cupboard. Best used on the table.
  • There are two privacy dividers at both ends of the shower/toilet areas.
