A payment is required to confirm each reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require the account to be paid in full at time of placing the booking. If a reservation is made 31 days or more prior to arrival, a deposit must be paid within 10 days of placing the booking.
The following methods can be used to make a payment:
- Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa) – over the telephone or via email with a credit card authorisation form.
- Bank deposits – acceptable when paid at least 10 business days before arrival
- Personal cheques are only accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Your full name, address, license number and reservation number are required on the back of the cheque/money order. Fees apply for dishonoured cheques
The following method can only be used to make a payment for online reservations:
- Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa)
A confirmation letter and receipt will be forwarded to you once your payment has been received. Please ensure to check whether your reservation details are correct in these documents and inform our Customer Service Team immediately of any changes.
Upon arrival the balance of any account (if applicable) needs to be settled and our Customer Service Team will also be required to take a copy of your valid government issued photo identification. When the account balance is paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the details on your identification.
If you are checking availability online, you will not be required to provide credit card details. If your preferences are not showing available, we suggest you telephone Brisbane Holiday Village on +61 7 3341 6133 as not all cabins and/or sites are bookable online. Please note that Brisbane Holiday Village’s corporate cabins and long term cabins cannot be booked online.
Security Deposits & Bonds
For all accommodation a valid Visa or Mastercard will be required upon arrival. Your card details will be held securely on file as a security deposit on unpaid balances, damages or excessive cleaning.
Upon arrival a refundable key bond is payable per booking as well as any bonds on hired items such as cots and high chairs (if applicable).
Cancellation and Alteration Policy
If more than 30 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit less a AUD$50.00 cancellation fee per booking. If 30 days or less notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be provided on monies paid.
At least 14 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of AUD$50.00 per reservation will apply for each date change or change of cabin and/or site type. All changes are subject to availability.
No refunds will be given for any no-show booking/s.
PROMOTIONS & PACKAGES
Promotions, packages, special offers or discounted rates (including our LAST MINUTE and EARLY BIRD specials) have strict cancellation & alteration policies. These rates are non-refundable, non-amendable and cancellations are not permitted. No refund will be given for any no-show booking/s or early departures. See individual Terms and Conditions on the Special’s page.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any cancellations and/or alterations for bookings made via tour operators, travel agents and other third parties.

Please note that once the balance of your booking is paid, no refunds will be given should you decide to cut your stay short during your time with us.
Bunk Bed Policy
Please be advised that under Workplace Health & Safety obligations we must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2010 – Bunk Beds and Other Elevated Beds. Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must also not play on the top bunk. Please take this into consideration when making a booking.
Maximum Lengths for Caravan Sites
Our poweres and ensuite sites offer a maximum length for caravans as per the following:
- Casual Powered Sites – maximum 25ft
- Ensuite Sites – maximum 25ft
- XL Ensuite Sites – maximum 30ft
Tents are not permitted on Casual Powered Sites, Ensuite Sites or XL Ensuite Sites due to safety reasons.
Camping Area Policy
Our camping areas are available to holiday makers and international travellers on a short term basis onle (maximum 7 nights) unless prior written approval has been received from Brisbane Holiday Village Management. The camping areas are not available for temporary housing purposes and any applications through commercial companies will not be accepted. All occupanys must supply valid government issued photo identification and must have a supervising adult over the age of 18 years present at all times. Village Management reserves the right to prohibit entry to persons who do not meet these conditions.
Pets are not permitted within Brisbane Holiday Village.
We are very passionate about ensuring our guests have exclusive use of our Village’s facilities. With this in mind, day visitors are only allowed if they are visiting a guest staying within the Village. Please check with our Customer Service Team prior to arranging visitors, as during peak periods we may restrict the number of visitors allowed. Also please inform your visitors that they will need to ‘sign in’ at Reception prior to entering the Village.
Operating hours for our Reception are 7.30am – 8.30pm daily.
Check-in time is from 2pm. If you will be arriving after 8pm, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a late arrival.
Check-out time is prior to 10am. If you will be departing prior to 7.30am, please see our Customer Service Team the day before departure.
- If you have booked a Tent, Powered, Ensuite or XL Ensuite site, please arrive prior to sunset to allow time to set up during daylight hours.
- Queensland does not have Daylight Savings.
