Unfortunately we do not allow any pets in the village with the exception of registered guide, hearing and assistance dogs.
Brisbane Holiday Village believes that holidays are for everyone. Our team are always on hand to help our guests make happy and long-lasting memories together. The Village offers a number of accessible facilities to help guests enjoy their stay.

Yes! There is free parking beside each holiday cabin, caravan and camp site. We also have several areas suitable for visitor parking located throughout the Village. You can request a parking space for additional or oversize vehicles by contacting our Reception Team. There is also free street parking outside of the Village along Holmead Road.
Parking for heavy vehicles is available pending approval from the management team. Additional charges may apply to store your vehicle. Please contact the Reception team for more information.
Yes! We offer free WiFi to all of our holiday guests! Each guest booking will receive 10GB free WiFi. Your password will be your surname and site/cabin number (eg smith T7).
Check-in is from 2 pm onwards. If you have booked a caravan or camp site, you must check in before 6 pm (sundown).
It’s best to give us a call on the morning of your arrival date, to see if you can check in early. We open at 7:30am. If your room/site is not available, you are more than welcome to use the facilities of the park while you wait.
If you will be arriving after 7.00pm, you will be provided with a safe code to access your keys and directions on how to get to your cabin. The next morning you can come into Reception to complete the relevant paperwork. We require accommodation to be paid in full, please contact Reception to organise your late arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of your departure.
A late check out is possible pending availability. There is a charge of $10.00 per hour after 10am until 1pm, after 1pm there is a charge of another night’s accommodation. Please contact Reception if you would like to organise a late checkout.
You must be over the age of 18 to be able to make a booking and stay with us at Brisbane Holiday Village. Anyone under the age must be accompanied by an adult.
The electricity supply is 240 volts.
The cabins do not have washing machines however we have 5 coin-operated laundries located throughout the park.
No need to pack bed linen and towels as they are provided for you in the cabins. If you are staying on a campsite, you must bring all of your own sleeping arrangements.
Yes! Our Lagoona Resort Restaurant, situated by our swimming pools, is open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The convenience store is also open 7 days a week, stocking every day grocery items.
Our facilities at Brisbane Holiday Village include: 18-hole mini golf, bbq area, bike track, kid’s splash pool, pool area, multi-purpose sports field, on-site restaurant, table tennis, tennis court and more!
The Lagoon Pool is open from 7.30am – 7.00pm, 7 days a week.
You do not need to book a time to play mini golf, just pop into Reception to collect the golf clubs and balls! If you have a voucher, please ensure you bring this when you would like to play, otherwise it is a charge of $6 per person or $20 for a group of 4. Our mini golf is $10 per person for players not staying at the Brisbane Holiday Village.

As part of the Bulimba Creek Bikeway, the walking track that encompasses Holmead Park takes you around the Brisbane Holiday Village, and connects patrons to other parks (e.g. Maisie Dixon Park, Wishart Community Park). This path is shared by cyclists and people alike, so remember your walking etiquette and stick to your side of the path. The path, flanked by big leafy trees and the greenest grass, is relatively spacious – there is plenty of room for all.
Brisbane Holiday Village is located approximately 25 minutes drive south of the Brisbane Airport.
Unfortunately no, but we are happy to arrange a taxi or directions for you.
A taxi to and from the airport ranges between $60-90.
Brisbane Holiday Village is located approximately 15 minutes drive south of Brisbane City and South Bank by car, or 30 minutes on the Bus.
There is a bus stop situated directly outside our Village that conveniently takes you straight to the CBD via Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre on weekdays. The bus operates on weekends; however, you will need to change buses at Garden City, which it quite easy. The bus stop outside our Village is called ‘Wishart Outlook’ on route 161 and you can find timetables located on the Translink website by clicking here.
