Brisbane Holiday Village was built in 1984 and was previously known as Dress Circle Mobile Village & Caravan Park. The Village has come a long way since the Illich family bought the property in 1987. The property contained 216 caravan sites and basic facilities, and the location was an unestablished, quiet area just south of Brisbane City.

A deposit is required to confirm each reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require a deposit to be paid when making the booking. If 30 days or more notice is given, a deposit must be paid within 10 days of making the booking.
