The following terms and conditions apply to groups reservations made at Brisbane Holiday Village:
A nominal deposit is required to confirm each group booking. Payment of the deposit is required within one month of making a tentative booking, unless stated otherwise on the group quote.
The balance of the account is to be paid one month prior to the groups arrival (unless stated otherwise on the group quote). A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full.
Prices are NET to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.
Upon arrival groups will be required to provide a minimum $500 refundable bond. This amount will be refunded upon departure when all cabins and their contents have been left in good condtion, beds have been stripped, dishes have been cleaned and rubbish has been cleared. A member of our Housekeeping Team or Customer Service Team will inspect all cabins 30 minutes prior to departure in order for you to obtain your bond.
