Booking Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to groups reservations made at Brisbane Holiday Village:

Conditions*

• Minimum four (4) night stay in Value Season
• Minimum five (5) night stay in Holiday Season
• Minimum of forty (40) people
• Maximum of three (3) to five (5) people per cabin depending on style
• Subject to availability
• Deposit required to confirm reservation 30 days from original quote
• Balance to be paid one (1) month prior to the groups arrival
• Group rates are NETT to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission

Group Check In & Out

• Check In - between 2pm and 7pm (no check-ins permitted until all cabins are clean and ready)
• Check Out - by 10am on day of departure

Deposit & Payment

A nominal deposit is required to confirm each group booking. Payment of the deposit is required within one month of making a tentative booking, unless stated otherwise on the group quote.
The balance of the account is to be paid one month prior to the groups arrival (unless stated otherwise on the group quote). A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full.
Prices are NETT to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.

Bond

Upon arrival groups will be required to provide a $300 refundable bond. This amount will be refunded upon departure when all cabins and their contents have been left in good condtion, beds have been stripped, dishes have been cleaned and rubbish has been cleared. A member of our Customer Service Team will inspect all cabins 30 minutes prior to departure in order for you to obtain your bond.

Cancellation / Alteration Policy*

• Cancellations with more than 60 days written notice, attracts a $500 cancellation fee.
• No refunds or cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
• At least 60 days notice must be given for any alterations.
