A deposit is required to confirm each reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require the account to be paid in full at time of placing the booking. If 30 days or more notice is given, a deposit must be paid within 10 days of placing the booking.
Deposits can be paid using your credit card, by giving details over the telephone. Money orders and personal cheques are only accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. If you are sending a cheque or money order, please ensure to record your full name, address, licence number and reservation number on the back of the cheque/money order. This will ensure correct and quick processing of your deposit. Please note that a $20 fee applies for dishonoured cheques.
A confirmation letter and receipt will be forwarded to you once the account balance or deposit has been paid. Once received, please check the reservation details are correct and inform the Customer Service Team immediately of any changes.
You will also be required to make a payment when placing an online reservation with Brisbane Holiday Village. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require the account to be paid in full at time of placing the booking. If 30 days or more notice is given, a deposit of 20% of the value of the reservation (minimum deposit amount equal to one (1) night acommodation) is payable to secure your reservation. The balance of the account is required upon arrival, along with a $50 key bond and any other bonds. Online payments can only be made via Visa or Mastercard and you will be emailed a confirmation letter once your payment has been accepted. The credit card which was used to make a payment online must be presented upon arrival.
If you are checking availability, you will not be required to provide credit card details. If your preferred dates are not available, we suggest you telephone Brisbane Holiday Village on 07 3341 6133 (or international on +61 7 33416133) to check availability, as not all cabins are allotted to online reservations. Please note that Brisbane Holiday Village's corporate cabins and long term cabins cannot be booked online.
A nominal deposit is required to confirm each group booking. Payment of the deposit is required within one month of making a tentative booking, unless stated otherwise on the group quote.
The balance of the account is to be paid one month prior to the group's arrival (unless stated otherwise on the group quote). A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full.
Prices are NETT to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.
If more than 30 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit less a $AUD50.00 cancellation fee per cabin. If less than 30 days notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. At least 30 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $50 per reservation will apply for each date change or change of cabin type made. Date changes are subject to availability.
A minimum of 60 days written notice must be given for all group booking alterations and/or cancellations. An administration fee may apply for group booking alterations, at the discretion of the Management of Brisbane Holiday Village. Should more than 60 days notice be given for the cancellation of all or part of a group reservation, a cancellation fee of $AUD50.00 per cabin will apply. If less than 60 days notice is given for all or part of a group reservation, the deposit for all cancelled cabins will be forfeited.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for reservations made via tour operators, travel agents and other third parties.
