1 BR Corporate Cabin

The studio-style 1 Bedroom Corporate Cabins is ideal for executives or couples seeking accommodation for 4 weeks or longer. They are well-priced, clean and comfortable cabins popular with guests staying in Brisbane for work contracts, study, medical treatment, training, looking for real estate, renovating or building.

The 1 Bedroom Corporate Cabins start at only $380 per week for 2 adults*. Refer below for further information on Booking Conditions and the Application Procedure.

Features of the 1 BR Corporate Cabin

  • Master bedroom with double bed, clock radio, ceiling fan and robe, separated from the living area by a divider curtain
  • Shower and toilet
  • Cooking facilities including a small oven with grill and hotplates, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric jug, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
  • Open plan lounge/dining area with lounge, colour television, air-conditioning ($2 for eight (8) continuous hours) and dining table with five chairs
  • Iron, ironing board and basic cleaning items upon arrival
  • Small front verandah and private driveway parking for one registered motor vehicle

  • Prices start at only $380 per week for 2 adults
  • Minimum four (4) week stay
  • Balance of first four (4) weeks rent to be paid on arrival, additional booked weeks to be paid two (2) weeks in advance
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to one (1) week’s rent is required upon approval
  • A Cleaning Deposit of $100.00 and a Key Deposit of $50.00 are both required before or upon arrival.
  • Cleaning service available on request, priced at $50 per hour
  • Maximum two (2) adults
  • Prices are valid to 28 January 2011
  • Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice

How to Apply

Contact Brisbane Holiday Village on 07 3341 6133 or sales@brisbaneholiday.com.au to fill out an application form. You will need:

  • 100 Points of Identification for each applicant
  • Two (2) references per applicant and next of kin details

Should your application be approved, a non-refundable holding deposit equal to one (1) week’s rent is required to hold the cabin for your arrival.

The self-catered 2 Bedroom Corporate Cabins are ideal for executives, couples or families seeking semi permanent Brisbane accommodation for 4 weeks or longer. They are popular with guests staying in Brisbane for work contracts, study, medical treatments, training, renovating or building and people in the process of buying or selling their house, 

The 2 Bedroom Corporate Cabins start at only $470 per week for 2 adults and 2 children (under 13 years of age)*. This offer is only valid in the Value Season, subject to availability. Refer below for further information on Booking Conditions and the Application Procedure.

Features of the 2 BR Corporate Cabin

  • Master bedroom with queen size bed, clock radio, ceiling fan and wardrobe
  • Second bedroom with double bunks (recommended for children only), desk and wardrobe
  • Single bathroom (with shower and toilet), adjoining both bedrooms
  • Kitchen with full cooking facilities including full size oven with grill and hotplates, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric jug, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
  • Open plan lounge/dining area with lounge, colour television, air-conditioning and dining table with four chairs
  • Iron, ironing board and basic cleaning items upon arrival
