• Master bedroom with queen size bed, television, robe, ceiling fan, bedside drawers, reading lights, timber blinds and under-bed storage

• Second bedroom with two sets of bunks, robe, wall fan, bedside drawers, carpet, timber blinds and reading lights

• Well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite benchtops with glass splashbacks, oven, microwave, toaster, electric jug, dishwasher, Maxwell Williams crockery, quality cutlery, knife block, glassware, cookwares and coffee plunger

• Open plan living area with quality Macro Suede lounge, ottoman, 68cm colour television, DVD player, ceiling fan, reverse cycle air-conditioning, stereo system, tiled floor, timber blinds and glass-top dining table with six leather dining chairs

• Bathroom with shower (and 2 shower heads), square-design hand basin, hairdryer, toilet and towels

• Beds made with quality sheets and continental quilts, prior to arrival

• Iron, ironing board, washing basket and vacuum cleaner

• Complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, and sugar sachets on arrival

• Space for an infant’s cot in the living area only

• Front balcony and private driveway parking with carport. Trailer parking available on request

• Recommended for up to 2 adults and 4 children

• Basic cleaning items provided on arrival

• Cots & High chairs available for hire. $2 per day per item or $10 per week. A refundable deposit of $50 applies to each hire item.
