They are well-priced, clean and comfortable cabins popular with guests staying in Brisbane for work contracts, study, medical treatment, training, looking for real estate, renovating or building.

Features of the 1 BR Corporate Cabin

Master bedroom with double bed, clock radio, ceiling fan and robe, separated from the living area by a divider curtain
Shower and toilet
Cooking facilities including a small oven with grill and hotplates, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric jug, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
Open plan lounge/dining area with lounge, colour television, air-conditioning ($2 for eight (8) continuous hours) and dining table with five chairs
Iron, ironing board and basic cleaning items upon arrival
Small front verandah and private driveway parking for one registered motor vehicle

Prices start at only $380 per week for 2 adults
Minimum four (4) week stay
Balance of first four (4) weeks rent to be paid on arrival, additional booked weeks to be paid two (2) weeks in advance
A non-refundable deposit equal to one (1) week’s rent is required upon approval
A Cleaning Deposit of $100.00 and a Key Deposit of $50.00 are both required before or upon arrival.
Cleaning service available on request, priced at $50 per hour
Maximum two (2) adults
