Conditions

• Minimum four (4) night stay in Value Season + five (5) night stay in Holiday Season
• Minimum of forty (40) people
• Maximum of three (3) to five (5) people per cabin depending on style
• Subject to availability
• Deposit required to confirm reservation 30 days from original quote
• Balance to be paid one (1) month prior to the groups arrival
• Group rates are NETT to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission

Accommodation

• Metro Cabin - 2 bedroom (queen size bed in the main bedroom with a double bunk in the second bedroom)
• Alfresco Cabin - 2 bedroom (queen size bed in the main bedroom, double bunk in the second bedroom)
• Cosmo Cabin - 2 bedroom (queen size bed in the main bedroom with two double bunks in the second bedroom)
• Vogue Cabin - 2 bedroom (king bed in the main bedroom, double bed and single bed in the second room) 2 bathroom
• Tent Site - 5 acres of unpowered, grass sites available

Share

• Students/Children - Max 4 to 5 per cabin (depending on cabin style and ages of children)
• Teachers/Coaches - 2 to 3 per cabin

Linen

All cabins are supplied with complimentary linen, blankets and pillows for each guest.

Group Check In & Out

• Check In - between 2pm and 7pm (no check-ins permitted until all cabins are clean and ready)
• Check Out - by 10am on day of departure

Deposit & Payment

A nominal deposit is required to confirm each group booking. Payment of the deposit is required within one month of making a tentative booking, unless stated otherwise on the group quote.
The balance of the account is to be paid one month prior to the groups arrival (unless stated otherwise on the group quote). A tax invoice will be issued once the balance has been paid in full.
Prices are NETT to Brisbane Holiday Village and are not subject to any further discount or commission. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.

Cancellation / Alteration Policy

• Cancellations with more than 60 days written notice, attracts a $500 cancellation fee.
• No refunds or cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
• At least 60 days notice must be given for any alterations.
